Executive Director
Valda is the compassionate co-owner of UE Children’s Services and the dedicated founder of United and Empowered Care. With over 16 years of experience working with children and individuals with special needs, she brings deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to every family she serves. Valda is passionate about creating positive, lasting change in her community. As a tireless advocate for both care providers and the individuals they support, she is devoted to empowering families and helping every child reach their fullest potential.
Simone Roberts
Assistant Executive Director | Bilingual SLP
Simone is a co-owner of UE Children’s Services and a dedicated bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. With over five years of hands-on clinical experience, she specializes in supporting children with autism spectrum disorders and fostering early language development. As a mother of two, Simone brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. Her caring approach, cultural sensitivity, and passion for helping children thrive make her a trusted partner for families on their therapy journey.
Jaden Jauhari
Operations Director
Licensed Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT).
With over five years of hands-on experience in the mental and behavioral health field, Jaden’s leadership is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience. As a mother of two boys, one of whom has ADHD, she brings valuable insight into the pediatric therapy landscape. Her dedication and active involvement across multiple therapy disciplines reflect her commitment to creating a supportive, joyful, and family-centered environment where every child can thrive.
